What Invoice Follow-Up is
A calculator and template tool. From the invoice details you enter, it works out days overdue, dates for follow-up messages and a late-fee total using the fee terms you enter, and it writes message text you can change. It is not legal, financial or tax advice. It is not a collection service and it does not contact anyone: it never sends email or messages. You copy the text and send it yourself, and you are responsible for what you send and when.
Your information and your contract
You decide whether to charge a late fee and how much. We never suggest a fee or a rate and make no claim that any fee, message or timing is allowed or enforceable in your situation. Check your contract or ask a qualified professional. Dates and totals depend on what you enter and the simplifications shown on the page (for example, weekends are known but public holidays are not).
Purchase and access
The $19 full version is a one-time digital product that unlocks immediately after payment. Access lasts 12 months from purchase, on any device where you open your access link, for unlimited invoices. You can re-send your access link from the site at any time with "Send my link".
All sales are final
Because access is instant and the free version lets you try the same date and fee math first, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. We will refund a duplicate charge, or a purchase where the full version won't open after you've used the resend link. Email us within 30 days.
By buying, you ask us to give you access immediately and acknowledge that, once access starts, you lose any legal right to cancel and get a refund for change of mind, including the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to buyers in the EU and UK.
AI characters

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
