The short version
The invoice details you enter (names, amounts, dates, fees, message text) never leave your device. The tool runs entirely in your browser. We don't see, store or sell them.
What we do collect
- If you buy: Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your card number. We keep your email, the order ID, the amount, the date and, if you answer it, how you heard about us, so we can send your link and keep business records.
- Page counts: anonymous counts of page views and button clicks, tagged with the ad or video link you arrived from. No cookies for this, no names and no invoice details.
- "Remember this invoice": if you tick it, your entries are saved in your own browser's storage only. Untick it to delete them. Your unlock token is also kept in your browser's storage.
- Copy and download: when you copy a message or download the .txt file, it happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Who we share with
Only the services that run this site: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email) and Google Fonts (typefaces; your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address). We don't sell or rent personal information.
Deleting your data
Email us from your purchase email and we'll delete your order record, except what tax law requires us to keep.
